1. Delivery and delivery areas

Shipments of the products purchased through our Web site, targeting Spain and Portugal, will be delivered usually within a period of between 24 and 48 hours. Once placed the order, the customer will be provide a tracking number to know at all times the shipping status.

The default carrier for our shipments, is the company MRW.

2. Delivery Order

The order may be delivered to the place of delivery designated in "Shipment data" by the Customer to this effect from Monday to Friday (delivery only on weekdays).
If MRW is unable to deliver on the date and time communicated to the Customer by not find anyone at home, the courier company will contact the customer to specify another date and time of delivery.
In the event that the Customer can not be present at the time of delivery, the order will be delivered to any other person present at the place of delivery indicated and is over 18 years. Pluma y Collar understood that the customer who has placed an order authorizing the person at that time in the place of shipment to pick up your order on your behalf. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer authorize a third party to the receipt and acceptance of the purchase in the place of delivery.
The delivery of the purchase will be made in the place of delivery indicated by the Customer, the recipient must sign the delivery note corresponding delivery.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted within a maximum period of seven days from receipt of order under current legislation. The goods must be in the same condition it was sent and in its original packaging.
